Rangers winger Scott Wright is closing in on a £500,000 move to Turkish top flight new boys Pendikspor.
The 25-year-old has been edging towards the Ibrox exit door with a host of suitors eyeing him up but now a switch abroad appears to be in the offing. The Rangers winger has struggled for game time and will now get a shot in Turkey as he follows former team-mate Ryan Kent who signed for Fenerbahce.
Wright had interest from the English Championship but his impending exit comes days after Antonio Colak joined Parma in a £2.5million deal on Saturday. Rangers boss Michael Beale made clear exits were due and Wright now gets a chance to reignite his career in fresh surroundings reports the Scottish Sun. Team-mate Robby McCrorie is another who could depart and interest remains around Glen Kamara. Aberdeen will be in line for a slice of the fee.
